These are examples of some previous timber carvings and sculptures we have created.

We usually design features specifically for the sites where they are to be situated.

	A life-size leaping dolphin carved from a Macrocarpa tree that was growing in Brixham.	A Roe Deer bust carved from a Wellingtonia trunk. The Wellingtonia tree was growing in Ashburton Churchyard and had to be felled for safety reasons.	A 2 ft high wooden cartoon frog carved for a Poetry Trail in Stover Country Park, Devon celebrating the work of Ted Hughes.	A cartoon Stickleback created by Greenspace craftsmen and installed on the Ted Hughes Memorial Poetry Trail in Stover Country Park, Devon.
A life-size fox carved from a Sweet Chestnut tree on top of a 3 ft Chestnut pole ready for secure installation in a parkland setting.	This cartoon hare carved from Spalted Ash is one example of the many animal sculptures created by our craftsmen.	A life-sized Heron carved in Wellingtonia for a wetlands site in the Midlands.	A three-dimensional carved Dukw, 2 ½ ft long, awaiting installation in Braunton Burrows, North Devon, a military training area known for its magnificent wildlife.	The three-dimensional nightjar, commissioned by Devon County Council, was carved and installed in a Scots Pine tree in Stover Country Park. It is used by Rangers when leading guided walks to explain how to identify this illusive species.
A larger than life owl was carved on top of a 3 ft post for a Nature Trail celebrating the work of the author "B.B." in Leicestershire.	A 3 ft long wooden pike was carved from Sweet Chestnut and installed 6" under the water surface below a bridge in Stover Country Park. More than one visitor has reported seeing a large fish swimming near the bridge to the Rangers!
